Intel Solutions Summit Asia Pacific 04-15

The event planning process began with a site visit, during which we scouted out all possible publicity opportunities at the airport, buses, hotels, ballrooms, and other locations, and brainstormed ideas for games and activities to engage delegates. Once we returned to Singapore, we started the ideation process, creating an umbrella theme that merged the country's culture and landmarks with featured technology. This theme was then flowed down

to all materials, allowing us to create a cohesive and engaging experience for attendees.

 

As part of our planning, we also designed and produced materials for event sponsors, including showcase booths and marketing materials. One of our main challenges was the venue, which required us to work closely with local builders to ensure that everything was in place for the event.

 

Despite the challenges, we achieved a 95%

satisfaction rate in the post-mortem survey,

leading to the event being awarded again for the following year. As a result of our success, we were awarded creative agency for a total of 11 years.
